A Cat and the Cat in The Hat…..

So here is a little real life for you guys.

1.jpg

These are quilts waiting, on the back of my couch, for bindings to be put on them.  Yep, three.

2.jpg

This is my current quilting work space.  That is a healing quilt I am working on.  If you would like to learn a little more about that check it out here.

This is a picture of a cat, a cat in the hat mask and my current task.  That is what I know about that…this healing quilt is covering my mat.  Ok, I will stop now.

WARNING:  If you are squeamish in the slightest scroll past this next photo……..graphic content!!!

This my dear ladies is cat yack on my quilt!!!!  Yep!  You got it!  My cat managed to think it was OK to yack on my quilt.  NO KITTIE!  It is NOT OK to yack on my quilts!  Ahhhh, the trials of real life.  No matter how hard we try to control them.  Disclaimer:  This quilt top has been thoroughly cleaned and has not suffered any lasting cat yack affects.  Thanks.

OK, so the icky picture should be out of your view shot now.  These are some real life photos of my everyday life.  While it was too cloudy this morning to be able to see the lunar eclipse, a fact I am seriously bummed about, I did get these shots tonight.

Super/Blue/Blood Moon, minus the blood part that I missed this morning {sad face}, pretty cool though all the same!

Thanks for not laughing hysterically at my real life photos.  If you did, I understand {sigh}.  The struggle is real ladies, the struggle is real.  No judgement please, sometimes life does not proceed as planned.

Always,

Gentrie
